Our work together may feel warm, collaborative, emotionally honest, reflective, vulnerable, empowering, grounding, playful, intense, releasing, confronting, heartbreaking, or deeply human. Some sessions may leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself. Others may feel grief-filled, uncomfortable, activating, or exhausting. Therapy can be painful sometimes. Healing often asks us to feel things we have spent a long time avoiding, suppressing, or carrying alone.
Above all, I aim to create a relationship where you feel safe enough to be fully human.
