Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and engaged. I practice an (inter)active style of talk therapy, meaning we work together throughout the process. You bring the knowledge of being you—your lived experience, emotions, relationships, patterns, and inner world—and I bring my professional knowledge, clinical training, skill, and experience from the field of psychology.
I provide an integrative therapy experience that includes verbal and somatic emotional processing, guided relaxation, imagery practices, and support developing a deeper awareness of your internal experience—learning how to notice, understand, and put language to your thoughts, emotions, needs, and patterns.
Together, we work toward helping you feel your emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them, stay more connected to yourself through difficult moments, and develop greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and self-trust.
Over time, many people begin to notice more internal choice and flexibility—more space between feeling and reacting—which can feel deeply empowering. Instead of feeling trapped in automatic patterns, survival responses, or emotional overwhelm, people often begin to experience greater agency, intentionality, and connection in how they move through their lives and relationships.
